transferring contacts from droid to bold

so i asked this question before but i never got a straight awnser on how to do it so any tips on how to transfer from the droid 1 to bold 9930?

I assume you use gmail? When you set up email on your bb, choose contact option, your contacts will be synchronized over.

I believe the bold will have backup assistant also.
