    Running T-mobile Bold for users on our company plan. We have a BES Express server running on the exchange server. Phones have been updated to build.

    Here is my issues:

    Phone will freeze randomly for a second or two (arrows flashing as if data was being sent and received)

    When in power saving mode phone may take a second or two to light up after you wake the phone. Some users experience longer times.

    Some users are claiming that phone calls go straight to voicemail - even though our office has near full bars.

    Dropped calls or random signal loss when driving between cell towers.

    I personally notice it as I drive to multiple locations and try to stream Pandora - Full bars but music stream and web surfing during this time will not work. Google maps takes forever to respond during this time as well.

    Has anyone else had these issues? I am wondering if my BES is the problem or is it the build, Phone or T-Mobile?

    Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. My CFO is ready to check the phone across the room!
