I keep seeing FM radio mentioned for BB7 devices, but I don't have any radio app in my media folder. I was wondering if the 9900 has a radio? Do I just need the app from somewhere or am I missing the hardware too?

I'm pretty sure that the FM radio was only included in the new curves (9350,9360,9370)
no radio on the 99xx phones. Sorry.
But there is a great [and free] alternative: TuneIn Radio.
Thanks for clearing things up guys.

:o My car antenna is busted and radio is how I get local news.
Yep! Great App. I can listen to my local stations when I travel.
I only ever listen to the Radio while driving. But most of the time I connect my BB to my car's bluetooth and listen to music instead. :D
My 9900 on ATT has a Radio APP never needed to use it tho..
The FM radio was not included in the 9900.
