theme troubles

I love fun themes for my BB, but for some reason they aren't fully functional. I'm sure to check that my Bold 9780 is a compatible model before I download. I also tried battery pulls to fully reset my phone, and sometimes there's a slight improvement. But, I haven't gotten the special lock screen or all the icons for the last two fully customized themes I tried. It's a bit disappinting because I actually paid for a couple of them too. Am I missing something? Why is it raining on my BB crack parade?! :(

I figured part of the problem, it was in my phone settings. But, I still don't get all the customized icons as seen in the screenshots. Anyway, I'll go check out the other themes now.
