I am trying to setup a bold to run with tethering via usb. using dm 4.7 and 6.10 of the at&t acm. now I have followed all the instructions in the world and well.. I still cannot get it to tether. I have dm open, and attempt to establish connection, I get a there was a hardware failure in the modem (or other connecting device). ?
delete the modem, uninstall DM 4.7, reboot, reinstall DM (DM4.6 is generally recommended by Bold users instead of 4.7) and the modem should install correctly
