I used to be able to use my bold on Vodafone UK as a modem for my EEE PC (XP) and my Tom-tom. Since the latest software up date to my bold (4.6.0.247) I can not make a connection with either. They both find the device and pair but fall over on connecting to the net. Conversely with the old software if I paired it with my Volvo it would drop the Bluetooth connection if idle, now however since the update it remains connected all the time.
I have spoken to Vodafone who have told me to set the APN, which I have but still no data connection.
