Hey everyone,

Well I'm about to go pick up my very first smartphone and have decided to go with the Tour. I just had a question in regards to the voice and data plans. This phone is pretty much for business use...so mostly emailing and some web browsing of course...not for video streaming or anything like that. Would 500MB be sufficient for this? I've read the Telus faq section and they explain how much data would be used etc...but I wanted to get an idea from an actual user of these plans.

I know they have there Smartphone Combo 45...seems like a pretty good plan. Anyone on this?

I have a 500mb plan (rogers) and I've only once used anyhwere close to that. I stream youtube, emails, bbm, msn, etc etc. You should be fine with 500mb. Lots of threads about how much data people use if you need more help check the search function out.
