Telus Bold 9900 - how to sync to computer

Hi there, I just picked up the new blackberry bold 9900 with Telus; however, I am having a hard time syncing all my music onto the phone. It is only syncing half of the albums and I am unable to get all my songs from my computer to my phone. Anyone know how to resolve this issue?
