For those who can remember - was Telus the first Canadian carrier to get the Torch? My hunch is that Rogers had it a wee bit before? In which case Rogers may get some good news tomorrow night!
Bell, Rogers and Telus all got the Torch September 30. I remember because I was willing to go with whomever had it first.lol. I ended up going with Telus. Funny thing was I ended up hating the Torch. But good to know that Telus is getting this device. Unfortunately, I can't afford it. Maybe if I get a job...lol.
With Telus getting the new phones August 15th ..... I'm happily waiting to see what day Bell mobility/Virgin mobile Canada is putting the Bold 9900 out. I'm optimistic that we are finally seeing the finish line.
All of this is very interesting. I wouldn't be surprised if all of the Canadian carriers amended their release dates to have the 99XX released on the same day, as they did with the Torch. I can't see one carrier having an advantage over another, but I could be wrong. I really see the dates of the 9th and 15th getting pushed back, but again, I could be wrong. Just my hunch.
Anyone hear anything about TELUS offering the 9900 in white? My wife says its feminine, but I want one anyway!!
The only white Rumors were found to be launching the White devices 1 month after the Black ones launched.
I kinda am thinking I want to Actually for the first time ever actually wait for the white device to launch...... but a month not knowing! and everyone having the phone but me!! don't know if I can do it
