Besides paying 599 with taxes and staying off the contract, the only option to get the BB 9900 that this insane carrier is offering me is to get a two year contract for same price and pay full price for the phone, but with the option of paying 399.99 + taxes up front plus 300.00 in 20 monthly payments.
They offer no discount, no rebate, no retention.
The Customer NON-CARE at TM simply said take it or leave it. We cannot do anything more for you. It is how our plan works. If you are not happy, go to another carrier. Or you can get a new line and lose your old number. That is how you call caring for your customers!!
I wish there was someone with T-mobile who can keep me staying with T-mobile. Even if I knew the President of the company, I am not sure if this carrier could help me get the BB990. This is the worse I have ever been treated by a carrier.
Besides they believe that BB will be out of business next year. Why do you want that phone they said, as they thought I was insane from not wanting an Android.
Same story at the store. The BB was not even connected to the internet.
