Need some help. I have an At&t 9900 that was unlocked, it was working on Fido and mobilcity eariler, but i can not get this to work on telus. i do a network search and all i can find is fido and rogers. any assistance would be appreciated.

your carrier has to activate BIS on the device for it to work. All BBOS devices have to activated on BIS

i contacted telus tech support, he says since i can't change the mobile network setting to telus from rogers, i should contact them..... Ask to have BIS activated on this account, he doesn't know what that is

after 1.5 hours with the support, he gave up. apparently i had a block RIM code on my account. but to no avail. he had to refer it to their next tier support

So Telus got back to me, nothing they can do. There is blackberry apn on my account, but doing a network search, I still only find wind and ext
