    I am currently using a 9900 from T-Mobile. If I upgrade to the AT&T firmware will I still have the WiFi calling from T-Mobile?

    I updated mine two days ago, no issues and it only took about 15 minutes from start to finish. I updated via PC and BB Desktop, the only thing it wanted me to do was to update something in the Desktop software first, went flawless as well.

    I will never update over the air, in my opinion you just asking for trouble.

    Has anyone had an issue with dropping calls with 9900 running .694 on AT&T in the DC Metro area? I have never had this problem prior installing the "official" AT&T 7.1 release. Thanks for any help or info on this problem!!

    Occasional network congestion , but no dropped calls on this software since November.

    Yes I had the 9900 with att for a while and lately I was getting dropped calls all the time also funny noises when I called someone like a fax but I just got the z10 so will see I almost went to Verizon after about 10 years on att but Verizon was a little more expensive wanted to charge for visual voice mail and you can only do simultaneous voice and data on lte which takes to much battery also as well as my contract ended in June which att gave me an early upgrade on!
    By the way att doesn't alow you to turn off lte and there isn't any in NJ were I live
