Synchronization Error ----- How to solve? Help!

Hi,

I have a BB 9790 and used to be able to synchronize perfectly (ok via a cable but fine), to do this i use blackberry desktop software version 7.1.0.41 (bundle 42). Up to last week all went good but then all of a sudden i got the following message:

Synchronization Error
The following recurring event could not be synced:
2-12-2013 - Weekly development Meeting Transparent
Remove the event and sync again.

The issue is that this appointment doesnt show, neither in BB, nor in Outlook. So there is nothing to delete.

Can someone help me with this? I cannot synchronize anything now...
