We just got two Bold 9700's through Tmobile's BOGO offer. My question is, can we use one computer to switch two old devices to the two new ones (via the switch device wizard)? Essentially does the desktop software allow me to switch one device, and once that's done can I repeat the process for the other device?

It won't let you switch two devices at the same time, but once one set of phones is done it'll let you continue onto the next set.

yes it does because the phones have different pin numbers
