Phone takes charge fine, boot up fine, but after the boot up it becomes stuck with white screen & the texts "Blackberry Wireless Handheld". Blackberry Desktop Manager no longer able to see it.
Anyone knows why this happens or how to fix it?? please I need help quick! I want my phone back
