the stock headset for the bold really suck. It doesn't fit in my ears properly at all. I have to push & wiggle it into my ear to make it fit.

What head set do you recommend for listen to music?

The Stock headsets you get with most devices are normally very poor, Apple ear buds are good example of that. Manufacturers like Ultimate Ears, Shure and Sennheiser offer great product across a wide price range.

Yeah, I totally agree. I just use my Sony headphones, and they work just fine. I don't even know what I did with the ones that came with my Bold, lol.

Some months ago I bought a VMODA (Vibe Duo) headset (in-ear), I think it's a perfect headset and includes a microphone, so you can also take a call while you're listening to music without switching headset or picking up the handset.
