Actually, this is possible. Crackberry.com and MobileNations use Google Ads and Google Analytics, which I also use on my website as well. Sometimes they can push data files that contain viruses. This had happen before with Google Ads system at least on my site. But it should go away soon because each time you load the site new set of codes are issued by Google. Also, they try to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Some antivirus software MAY mis-id Google ads as adware.
