I noticed under software updates that I have the option to update OTA to 7.1 bundle 1737. Does anyone know what version of 7.1 this would be, and has anyone tried it?

Sounds like a new one as .355 is bundle 1189.
Maybe finally a .5xx OS for the 9930.
.569 for the 9810 is bundle 1716 if that give you a clue.
Well, I waited until I got home, hoping that when I plugged into DM I'd be prompted to update, but no. I went to Sprint's web site and the last update there was from March. I've never updated OTA, but I'm giving it a shot. It's taking forever, but when it's done I'll report back on which 7.1 it is.
The OTA can be offloaded by using BBBoss or BBSAK, it will take all the files and create either .jads or .alx files. There are actually instructions somewhere on the forums how to create an .exe to install the OS to a pc so it can be shrunk and loaded. I believe it was posted by Lyricidal.
So far i haven't noticed any changes in performance. I did lose about 30MB of application storage, where did it go. Every other OS I've used I would have about 165MB of storage after a reset, this OS starts me out with 135MB. I've noticed that Device Analyzer is no longer there. There is a new item I've never seen. Application Resource Monitor - which says it "identifies open applications that are draining device resources and battery in the background" and gives you the option to shutdown background draining apps.

Yeah I remember people doing this before. Looking forward to it.

When you update OTA a copy of your previous software is saved on your device in case you want to download. Once you decide you're ok with the upgrade you can go into software updates and delete it. Just throwing that out there in case you haven't already done this.
