something wrong with my replacement bold. The old bold has problem with the volume control button. I couldn't raise the volume on my old bold. After I removed the sim on the old bold, the volume button start working again.

my replacement bold volume button works fine but the plug for ear bud head set isn't picking up sound. All music , video sounds come from the speaker. I test the same ear bud head phone on my old bold and it works fine.

I already wipe all applications on my new bold using the DM 4.6. I even reinstalled software 4.6.0282. The sounds still come out of speaker instead of my headphone. I wipe all apps from the bold using wipe feature on the bold. The sound still don't come out of headphone.

I even removed SIM card and wipe the phone again. it still doesn't work.

Can someone suggest a solution to my problem ? the replacement bold originally works fine with sound come out of head phone. Why doesn't it work now ?
