    I tried to look but couldn't figure it out. How do I delete the old OS off of my computer so that I can Dl the new OS? Thanks!

    If you have Windows, you go to Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs > Find the old OS, click it > click uninstall.

    Look at the end of the decription of the file and you'll the the version. That's how you know which one is installed on your machine.

    Do you have to delete the old version before downloading the new? I guess that would apply to a MAC computer also?
