I am sure that this has been discussed already and for that I apologize.

But I might be joining the BB family again when this phone drops. Well, I will definately be giving the 9930 a spin so that I can decide for myself.

My questions is, at full retail price, what are my best options? Where should I buy and what stores have the best return policies?

Well as of now, Verizon is the only carrier with a confirmed release date. So If you are in a hurry you dont have to many options.

That being said its full retail is $509 and probably wont differ to much between carriers.

Unfortunately I cannot speak to return policies on phones purchased at full price. Ive only ever bought them with contract renewal discounts.
