So previously I asked about a specific symbol.. and based on replies it seems I am missing a lot of symbol choices when you hit the sym button ..

Did I do something wrong here?

- got new 9930 to replace broken 9650
- VZW tech said he did something and I just had to *228 it..
- I then plugged it in and did a restore from last weeks 9650 to my new 9930
- seems to be working ok until I tried to put the password into my exchange account..

Problem - when I hit the sym key.. 3/4 of page 1's symbols are gone.. wtf.. is this right? oy vay.. ::sob::

Any ideas?

I'd advise against doing a full restore from an older os...
