I have a bunch of people who have upgraded to the 9930/9900 and need a social scope invite. I use social scope but can't figure out how to give out an invite any clues on how to do this?

open socialscope, hit the BB menu key, scroll down and should say you have 5 invites, click on send invites, hit tweeet this, and then enter their email address or if you follw each other, DM the invite

there is no way to send out invites unless you have them.

they can ask for an invite themselves here

Many users don't have invites to send out, as that was part of a beta experiment they did. So if you don't have any in your menu, then you can't send any.
