Well my second Bold was perfect except for the end key that had a strange noisy click to it and sometimes felt like it was crunching and or double clicking. So yesterday I pick up the phone use it and go to hang up and the end key is like mush no click at all . I push it a few more times and SNAP!!! a very loud snap sound and now the key feels perfectly normal, no crunching or double clicking. Boy these phones are goofy.

it probably wasnt seated in the spot well.. and you just snapped it into place

Good build quality so I have seen on my phone and in many posts! Good thing it didn't fall off!

I decided I'm not returning the first phone they sent with the loose track pad unless they ask for it just in case this thing breaks. I'm going to get a bout of amnesia.

I turned in mine with the tilting trackpad... so far this one's sturdy, but the keyboard backlight is hit and miss. Trackpads can always be replaced manually ... not sure about the keyboard light. Oh well.
