Hey guys,

I've been reading all over the forums that you should be able to preview SMS's with the today theme?

I have 5.0.0.743 and I don't get a preview for SMS's, only emails?

Which theme are you using?

If it's the today layout option in the stock Precision Zen theme, then it won't work

It should work fine though for any other 3rd party theme with a 'today' feature

Are you sure? I've been told that because the SMSs are threaded, they won't show up on the Today. I have several 3rd party themes and they have yet to show up.

Yup... I'm sure

If you're using OS .536 .593 .656 .680 or .743 then SMS previews should show up in 3rd party today themes, if the developer included this feature.

yes they show in the hidden today preview area, i know they do for .743 as thats what i am using and it works... with my own theme...

Yeah you can. I LOVE that option because sometimes I don't feel like going through the menu to read a text.

.602 is an OS build with old features (just like .405 was), and it does not show SMS previews in today themes
