    I'm not sure what's wrong. I had a 9780 that broke so I bought a new one 'cause I'm not feeling the new 9900. It was bought outright almost two weeks ago, put my sim card in and it worked find up until 8:00 AM this morning. The phone just stoped recieving a signal and reads SOS. I'm with Bell and I asked for some help at a cell phone store, they tried to do a manual search for the the Bell network but the phone won't let you. and it also says I'm connected to the Rogers wireless network (I think, if not I don't know why it says rogers wireless under mobile network settings). it also said invaild sim card or sim card error with everything they tried to do.

    does anyone know what's going on with my phone? not sure what I should do next, should I call bell and tell them the problem? or should I call blackberry and ask?

    is it a bell phone or rogers? sounds like either your SIM card took a dump or there is network issues in your area.

    Which is the original carrier? if it's bell you defiantly should call them.
