Signal fluctuates from 5 to 1 bar all the time on 9700?

I have several ATT 9700s I upgraded to .593. I have 5 bars at my desk in the office. I notice they both bounce around from 5 bars to 1 bar and back to 5 bars if I move the device, place it in the docking cradle, pick it up etc. I do know this would used to happen when picking up the devices on previous OSs but it is a lot worse now. Anyone having this?

I too have noticed the same thing and I am also running .593. I guess it's the nature of the beast for using a non-official OS with AT&T.

I am hoping it is benign.
