    My bold is about 2 months old and i use a silicone cover from the blackberry website. i have a business card under the back cover to try to keep the battery in place and it still shuts off randomly. its always at random times. ill just pick up my phone and its in the process of being restarted. should i put 2 business cards? or whatsup?

    It should not being shutting off by it's self. Have AT&T replace it.

    The phones are under a one-year warranty when you buy them new. So,
    yes it's free.

    If you buy the phone refurbished it's under only a three month warranty.
    Either way, you're good to go.

    You have a warranty. Don't worry about a little scratch, it's the phone that's not working properly.

    You have a warranty. Don't worry about a little scratch, it's the phone that's not working properly.
    If the scratch is noticeable they won't always replace it. I had one that had some software issues but they wouldn't warranty it out because they said that it had a small scratch on the side and they claimed that the scratch could be the reason for the software malfunction.
