I have now gone through 5 devices- and everyone has the same problem-
shuts down and then re-starts by itself. batteries, sim and media cards, chargers, are NOT the problem.
blackberry doesnt really even recognize the problem. does anyone have any ideas???

what do u mean it shuts down by itself? when does it occur?

It's a common well known issue with smart phones... That's a flaw we deal with having a computer as a phone. I think if you have moe apps, the more it'll shut down.
