Hi everyone,

I'm able to download free apps but if I try to set up my payment options it won't let me.

There are two options available: when I click the Payment option it does nothing but I can change the content setting option.

Any ideas.

Which phone are you using? Had you set up any payment options previously? Are you in BlackBerry World or some other app store?

I Take it you use a 9900/9930 and BB World? I never use the payment option myself but when I open it, first thing it does is ask for my BlackBerry ID password (ID itself is already filled in). Do you have a proper, working BB ID + password?
