I'm on mobile WAP so I can't see your OS if you've posted it. Assuming you don't have some hybrid setup and assuming OS6, try this: Go to Setup > E-Mail Accounts > Internet Mail Account [if that choice exists] > MenuKey > Service Books > Send Service Books
