For some reason now, when I send an email from my BB, there is an audio confirmation that is played when it is sent. Does anyone know how to turn this off?

Check this . Go to options >>Advanced options >> Accessibility >>Event sounds

Is it off or on ? I have it off so I dont hear a tone when battery is low or anything like that . Its just a guess

It's one of the stock sounds - "Notifier_Greeter"

Ok this might be an idea . How about deleting that tone and see if it still plays it when sending an email . If it doesnt , I could email you the tone again and we could try .
