I'm soo sick of it that I have actually been tossing the idea around of upgrading to something other than the BB10 but I can not allow myself to do that. I'm too much of a BB fan. Now that I hear its not just my phone, I don't know what to do other than call Verizon maybe, although they probably won't do anything for me either.
