On my bold 9650, OS 6, ya know how you can scroll through the different screens of icons ie. All, Favorites, Media, Frequent, etc. is there a way to lock that from being able scroll with the track pad?

I don't think so. At least not on the stock theme.

New themes will take away this function, but will also change the menu style. Just gotta be careful which way you scroll, and how fast you do it.

No you can't stop the scrolling thru the trays. That is a big FEATURE of an OS6 default theme. Just switch to an OS6 theme that mimics the OS5 style and you won't have to worry about that anymore...or those big fugly banners.
