Documents to Go? There looks like a HUGE number of megabytes being consumed by stupid readme files in the form of pdf's. Can these all be safely deleted?

Yes, but it won't affect free memory available in the OS partition. I did that already and just wasted a lot of time and energy to find out what I just shared here -

Yes it's safe. Those are basically just Instructions. I deleted every single PDF I can find on my phone. Saved some space too.
