How do you rollback your Bold if you are unhappy with the OS update and want to go back to your original OS?

I backed-up my device before I installed the new OS. I don't like the new OS and want to go back to the original. Is my original OS saved on my computer somewhere?

Nope...if you want to go back to your original OS that shipped with your device then your gonna have to try and search for it on the internet if you can...if you do find it then follow the instructions in the link for proper upgrade and downgrade procedure.

What dont you like about the new OS??..which one is it??..266??.

It's the .266 but for some reason it is making my screen flicker every time I go in to view the pictures. I have rebooted the device and everything and it continues to do that. Any ideas why?

that's really weird, never heard of that at all!!

the only problem i have with .266 (which i am still using) is when fast-forwarding and rewinding movies the phone will restart...

other than that, i have noticed improvements in every other area...

good luck, perhaps you should try .247??

Thanks for all of your input and help! I rolled back to the .167 for now. I will think about trying out the .247.
