Hi, well after trying everything to fix the sound on my Bold without permanent results I decided to go to my provider which changed my old 6 month old Bold for a new one, now I have my sound again but...... I did a full backup of my phone before taking it to the cell provider, when I came to my house decided to restore the phone with my latest full backup and after the restore was successful with my data the installed apps did not appear in the phone, is this normal, do I have to download again all the apps ? Do I have hope that my apps and themes are somewhere in my full backup.

Believe you should have done the 3rd party app back up also. Sorry!

You only made a data back up. You're gonna have to re install all your third party apps again.
