Can anyone help me

I need to go back to my old 9900 from q10 is there way to back sync so I can have my calls logs,texts etc that I have received since using the q10?

im struggling!!!

I'll try and give some more information...

When I have swapped from device to device in the past it has worked fine. Even going back a device.

I currently using a q10 and would like to go back to my 9900 is there a way to backup and restore back to the 9900 device?

No sorry there is no backward path/restore. Best you can try is to backup contacts and calender to outlook and then back to 9900.

Did you check to see if you did a recent backup on Desktop or Protect, if you did you can restore with via PC or BB ID

im a very basic blackberry user when it comes to setting up etc... one thing im struggling with is when I put my sim card from my q10 into 9900 I don't even get blackberry service ( I have full signal and can make/receive calls)

I have logged on to app world etc.. so know my password etc is correct can anyone give me any pointers I was under the impression that once on a blackberry service plan that you can use any blackberry

If you can log in to app world, then you must still have Blackberry internet service on either BIS/BES?

I don't understand what you mean by 'dont have Blackberry service' are you referring to emails or internet etc?

If you have no email service, you will have to resend the service books to your phone and log-in and re-set up your emails.
