Morning All,

Just a quick question. I am going to give a spare Bold to one of my editors but would like to clear all the email accounts etc off it before I give it to him.

Could someone here tell me how to either reset the device or how to delete all the email addresses etc I have on it.

Menu - options - security options - general settings - menu - Wipe Handheld.

This will reset the device to factory settings. make a backup before wiping the device, just in case.

You have to get the pin released from the current network provider, if your editor is going to use the device on another network.
