    Im very new to all this, and am having a very annoying problem.

    I have two email accounts set up on my bold, one personal (gmail) the other a work one (uses microsoft exchange/outlook).

    While my gmail works fine, my work one over the last two days has asked my to verify my account details about 6 times in total. I havent changed any of my details, but regardless, I have to keep going online, to the orange/blackberry site, retype the password, and then it works again.

    I dont know where the problem lies? Is it orange? Is it the phone? Both?

    I have a "legit" phone, proper BB account setup, and had it for 3 weeks now, and previously working fine.

    Any help would be appreciated!!

    You can get this problem when trying to download emails from a normal desktop client when the email server is experiencing difficulties. I would check with your works IT department to see if the server has had any issues.

    Did you changed your login/exchange password? If yes, then you also need to go online to the blackberry site to change it there too ...
