    Hello all,

I recently tried exchange my mails MSE/BES service on my 9780. It worked very well and the their service is excellent, however at just over 12 a month I have decided that it is probably not necessary.

Today I deactivated my handset on their dashboard however several hours later the contacts and calendar are still on my phone. I was expecting them to disappear when I deactivated the BES.

Any ideas how I can remove these? I have already tried deleting the service books. Very frustrating!

    Thanks in advance

If your provider isn't running the latest version of BES and has the Blackberry Balance IT policy set, then the only way to get rid of these contacts and calendar is to wipe your phone.

I doubt they are running the BB Balance policy since it is normally for business.

Thanks. I deleted the data via desktop manager and they are all gone apart from the contacts group is still showing as selectable, I can live with that.
