I want to remove Enterprise Activation so that I could add my personal email to my blackberry 9780. I have read other forums and they told me to remove IT Policies which I done but the Enterprise Activation is still there. What do I do from here?

You should just need to wipe the device, and then proceed through the setup. Enterprise Activation wont prevent you from adding personal Emails to the device. If you arent seeing the option to add personal Emails, you will need to call your carrier and have them resend the service books (and make sure it is provisioned properly) This will make the option appear again.

I wiped my device and still no luck :confused:
Contact your carrier to make sure that it is provisioned properly for a personal plan and not an enterprise plan
