    Hi All
    Could i ask for your support?The problem i have is the blackberry password is the first password to come up everytime a user logons to there blackberrys even before they put the required password which we set via BES to get into there blackberry so effectively they have two passwords which is not essistential can anyone support me on how to remove this password from the IT policy?

    Go to Options>Password and set to Disabled.

    Can't be done "officially" on an IT enforced BES. If they want you to have it, then they can lock it on and you're stuck with it or fired... You may be able to change the time delay before it locks however; this can be done as listed by bt224.
