No, you could try asking your carrier.
My only thought would be to take it into your carrier's store and have them look at it. Some people are pretty slick about making them look original though.
There is the thing. If it was a warranty exchange it would have a brand new
housing.
Only other thing I can think of is the box. If it is a sealed original box it's new.
If it comes in a white box with the word "refurb" printed on the sticker it is
an obvious refurb.
I am sure they will send out the refurb first while keeping the new ones at a premium price. If you ask you carrier, that should produce results.
Look around the battery. There are usually some white stickers on the screws that act as a moisture detector. Sometimes you'll find the stickers are broken, or there are 2 one one screw that indicate someone broke the original. It's not fullproof, but if you find some irregularities it's evidence that it's been taken apart. Also, if you got it as a swap from a service center, chances are it's a refurb.
