    I recently upgraded outlook from 2010 to 2016. Now when I try to sync my 9900 Blackberry Desktop tells me Redemption is not installed. I tried downloading and installing it, but that did not help. I tried downloading and installing a new copy of Blackberry Desktop, but that did not help.

    Any suggestions?

    Start by checking whether your Outlook 2016 is 32-bit or 64-bit. BlackBerry Desktop won't work with 64-bit versions.
