Lately I have been receiving my messages with the link and the password to viewmymessage.com. I thought BB had MMS where you didn't need to go through that process, because when I first got a BB it was an 8900 the picture just came in at the bottom of the message or what have you.
Ya. That's nonsense. Not sure why your getting that. Never seen it before. Sounds like some kinda scam.

Your messaging plan is incorrectly provisioned. Happened to me after I switched from iPhone to Bold, I had to call AT&T and have it corrected, now it works fine.
Okay so that means I have to call AT&T back since the guy told me they fixed that thanks guys
