    I was loading a web parge and all of a sudden my bb did a real reset? Any one have this issues? What might of caused it? It showed a black screen and a white ourere glass and then rebooted? Is this normal?

    I had this happen to my previous Sprint Bold. My replacement has yet to do it. Both had .699 updated on them as well. I also did not have any third-party apps.
