What Blackberry do you own? :)
Perhaps it is one of the apps you have that is not compatible with OS 6
I dont have that issue on any OS for the 9900
Did you shrink your OS at all
otherwise sounds like it could be hardware defect
Yup, guilty of shrinking. I am now on an unshrunk 261. One reboot this am. I'll give it a few days.

Had this issue with .261. Haven't had a single reboot since I upgraded to .296
