My phone drops from 85 to 65 during the day if not used. If I use an App e.g. Email it suddenly jumps back to 85. Is this normal?

If you don't use an app, does your free memory continue to decrease until your phone reboots? Is so, you have a memory leak due to a poorly written or incompatible app or theme. If your memory stabilizes at some point, and is recovered when you run an app, then that's normal and no cause for alarm.

    what OS are you running?
if OS6 try 5.0.0.576 as it is the most stable OS6 for the 9700.

Other than that listen to Jeff... he is genius

So what are some common apps that cause memory leakage? Anyone know of some? I've had a memory leak for some time now and can't figure out for the life of me what is causing it....

I'm running .600. And I think I was wrong, it statrts out after a reboot at 85 and drifts to 60 with NO recovery. The only app I'm running is Bebuzz. Should I drop to 576?
