Is it nec to establish a work email. In order to use blackberry.com email? And qwerty hard to press... Anyone have info? Oh, and what are secure email co's to use for desktop and blackberry mobile email as well? I'm trying to get more acquainted. With blackberries inner workings.. I'm def not * techie

Not totally sure what exactly it is that you are asking... but I think you might find a lot of your answers in the Blackberry 101 Lecture Series... you can find this link under "Blackberry Help" at the top of every forum page.
No, it is not, you can use a yahoo, gmail, hotmail account on your blackberry. Definitely check out the BB101 lectures in the link FB provided. The keys on a BB are not hard to press, it takes a little getting used to but it won't take long.
